UnicontrolCloud Now Integrates with Gemini SiteFlow

June 25, 2026

We are proud to announce a new integration between UnicontrolCloud and GeminiSiteFlow, making Unicontrol3D systems part of Gemini’s open ecosystem of machine control solutions.

For contractors working on complex earthmoving projects, data needs to move smoothly from design to machine — and back to the office. But on jobsites with mixed fleets and different machine control providers, managing project files, updates, and as-built data can quickly become time-consuming.

Gemini SiteFlow helps solve this challenge by giving contractors a centralized way to manage project data across machine control providers. With UnicontrolCloud now connected to this ecosystem, contractors can share data straight from GeminiTerrain to Unicontrol systems.

This helps reduce manual file handling, creates a smoother dataflow, and gives contractors more freedom to mix and choose the machine control solutions that work best for their fleet.

A more open dataflow for mixed fleets

With the integration between UnicontrolCloud and Gemini SiteFlow, Unicontrol3D systems become part of the open ecosystem, making it easier to share data across fleets with different machine control solutions.

“For us,the ability to offer integrations with a broad range of vendors is essential. It enables us to meet a wider variety of customer needs, create greater flexibility, and keep pace with the rapid evolution of digital technology. We have greatly appreciated our collaboration with Unicontrol, and we are excited to welcome them as a new vendor in our ecosystem, further strengthening the value and opportunities we can offer our customers.” - Per-Johan Aune, Product Owner,Invera Construction

Instead of manually exporting data from Gemini Terrain and uploading it to UnicontrolCloud, contractors can use Gemini SiteFlow to share data directly with UnicontrolCloud, where it becomes available for Unicontrol3D systems in the field.

As-built data collected with Unicontrol3D systems is automatically sent back to GeminiTerrain. This gives contractors a more cohesive way to synchronize and manage project data, especially on jobsites where several machine control systems are used side by side.

The result is a more seamless dataflow from design to machine — and back to the office.

Built to Support Local Workflows

For Unicontrol, this integration is also about more than connecting two systems. It is a commitment to adapting our technology to the way contractors work in their local markets.

In the Nordic region, Gemini Terrain plays an important role in how many contractors manage project data. By integrating with Gemini SiteFlow, UnicontrolCloud becomes part of that workflow, making it easier for contractors to use Unicontrol3D systems alongside other machine control solutions already present on the jobsite.

Key Benefits for Contractors

·      Use Unicontrol in your existing Gemini workflow: Add Unicontrol3D systems to jobsites where Gemini Terrain is already used, without changing the way your team manages project data.

·      Reduce manual file handling: Share project data more smoothly between GeminiTerrain and UnicontrolCloud, with fewer manual export and upload steps.

·      Send as-built data back to Gemini Terrain: Keep as-built data from Unicontrol3D systems connected to the same workflow used for documentation and quality assurance.

Built on a Shared Commitment to Open Dataflow

The integration reflects a shared commitment to making dataflow on construction sites more open, connected, and simple to manage.

Rasmus Uhre, Product Specialist at Unicontrol, has been one of the main drivers behind the integration. He highlights the importance of giving contractors more freedom in how they manage machine control data:

“Our partnership with Gemini supports our commitment to creating a more open dataflow on modern construction sites. Gemini is a trusted player in the Nordic countries, committed to making construction simpler — just like us.”

Availability

The integration between UnicontrolCloud and Gemini SiteFlow is expected in early July, giving Unicontrol users access to a more connected workflow between Gemini Terrain and UnicontrolCloud.

Automatic syncing of as-built data from Unicontrol3D systems back to Gemini Terrain requires Gemini Terrain version 21.1.0 or newer.
