Unicontrol continues to reinforce its position as one of the biggest business success stories on Funen, Denmark in recent years.
The 2025 results show a company that continues to grow. Profit increased to DKK 42 million before tax, while revenue rose to DKK 154 million. Despite a global construction industry under pressure, we continued to deliver strong progress. Although growth is lower than in previous years, we expect to accelerate again with a revenue increase of 20–25% in 2026.
This expected growth does not come by itself. In the coming period, we will invest strategically in the development of new technology and products, while also strengthening our efforts in the markets where we are already present. This means we are consciously prioritizing growth over short-term profit.
At the same time, 2025 marks a leadership transition, with Martin Høpfner Kirkmand stepping in as the new CEO. He brings strong expertise in technology and scaling, which will help drive Unicontrol into its next phase of growth.
At the core of our business is our 3D machine control software, which enables construction machines to work more precisely and efficiently. We have also strengthened our position through a global partnership with Volvo Construction Equipment, where our technology is integrated directly into their machines. This is an important milestone and a strong validation of our technology, opening new opportunities for growth.
But results are not created alone.
Behind the growth is a strong team of employees who bring energy and ambition every day to move the company forward. At the same time, our partners play a crucial role in bringing our solutions to market and ensuring continuous development. And not least, it is the contractors and operators who use our technology every day who help shape and improve our products.
This continued development also means we are growing as an organization. In 2025, we moved into new facilities in Odense to make room for the future.
